🛒 Orders & Payments

• Orders are considered final once payment is processed.

• I accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay.

• Custom orders require complete details from the customer; once confirmed, they cannot be changed or refunded.

• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will always reflect the price at checkout.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time: Orders typically ship within 3-10 business days. Custom orders may take longer.

• Shipping is available within the U.S. (and internationally if applicable). Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

• Once shipped, JournalWithAnto is not responsible for postal delays, lost, or stolen packages. If a package is damaged or lost, please contact the carrier directly.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If your order arrives damaged due to our error, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

• Products are provided “as is.” Handmade items may vary slightly in size, color, or finish.

• JournalWithAnto is not liable for misuse of products, allergic reactions, or damages caused after delivery.

• While I strive for accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. I reserve the right to correct these at any time.
